Who we are
Agile Ranker, an AI-first digital marketing agency in Bhopal, India, decides how your data is used — so we answer for it.
Agile Ranker (TBC — add before launch — registered legal entity) of B-202, Ashima Divine City, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal 462047, Madhya Pradesh, India is the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the controller where the EU or UK GDPR applies.
When we handle data inside your accounts to deliver client work, we act on your instructions as a processor under a separate agreement.

What we collect and why
Only what you give us through a form, an application or an engagement — plus site analytics if you allow it.
We don't buy data, scrape contact lists or enrich your details from third-party databases.

What we never do
We never sell, rent or swap your data, and never share one client's data with another.
We also don't use your messages or client data to train AI models.

Who else sees it
A short list of service providers who help us run the agency — each bound to use your data only for us.
Website hosting (BigRock), form spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity — only with your consent), email, CRM and file storage providers. Each acts only on our instructions under a written agreement. We will publish the named list here before launch.
To run the free AI visibility check, the buyer questions and your website address are sent to AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and Perplexity). Your email address is never sent to them.

Transfers outside India
Some providers store data abroad; when they do, we use recognised safeguards.
Where data leaves India, the UK or the EU we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights
You can see, fix, delete or take back consent for your data — and we act within 30 days.

Cookies
Essential cookies only — until you say yes to analytics or ads.
Every cookie, who sets it and how long it lasts is listed in our Cookie Policy. Change your choice any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Security
Least-privilege access, granted per person and removed the day it's no longer needed.
Client accounts are accessed with individual logins, never shared passwords. Access is reviewed at each engagement change and revoked on offboarding.

Children
This site and our services are for businesses, not for anyone under 18.
We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you think we have, tell us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy
If anything material changes, the date at the top changes and we say what moved.

Contact & grievances
One named person handles privacy questions and complaints.
If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, the UK ICO, or your EU data protection authority.
