Is WhatsApp messaging free?
No. Meta charges for business-initiated template messages, priced by category and country, and your WhatsApp provider may add its own fee. You pay these directly; they're separate from our fee. Pricing rules change, so we check current rates with you before launch.
Can you guarantee our emails reach the inbox?
No. Mailbox providers like Gmail and Outlook decide. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, make unsubscribing easy and send only to people who want the mail, which gives you the best chance.
Who owns the accounts and lists?
You do. The WhatsApp Business account, email platform and contact lists stay in your name, and we work in them with access you can remove at any time.
