Book a 30-minute callWhat is online reputation management?
Online reputation management earns, monitors and answers reviews and mentions across Google, marketplaces and directories — and checks what AI answers say about you — within each platform's rules.
How much does online reputation management cost?
It's quoted as a monthly add-on after a short call — it can be added to any plan, month to month — because the effort depends on things like number of locations and listings and which platforms and directories matter to you. You see the price before anything starts.
Can you remove bad reviews?
Only the platform can remove a review, and only when it breaks that platform's rules, such as spam, conflicts of interest or offensive content. We flag those for you. Genuine negative reviews stay, so the best answer is a calm public reply and fixing the problem.
Do you write fake reviews or offer rewards for reviews?
No, never. Fake, paid or incentivised reviews break the rules of Google and the major marketplaces, and in a growing number of countries break consumer law too. They can get a profile or listing penalised. We help you ask real customers.
Can we ask only our happy customers?
No. Filtering who gets asked, known as review gating, is against Google's rules. Asking everyone is also what makes a rating believable.
Will review stars show in Google search?
Sometimes. Google doesn't show stars for reviews a business hosts about itself on its own site, but product pages and some other types can qualify. We add markup only where it's allowed and accurate.
Is the website really free?
Yes. Every monthly plan includes a free 5-page website for your business — fast, AI-readable and yours to keep. It goes live within 48 hours once your plan is active and the launch checklist is done. Your domain, hosting and any paid tools sit outside the offer and stay in your name; online shops and booking systems are quoted separately. What's included
