About these terms
These terms cover this website and every engagement with Agile Ranker — unless your signed scope says otherwise.
“We” means Agile Ranker (TBC — add before launch), Bhopal, India. “You” means the person or business using the site or buying our services. Where a signed scope of work or proposal conflicts with these terms, the signed scope applies.

Read, share and quote our content with a link back. Don't copy the site or misuse our forms.
Articles and tools are provided for general information and aren't professional advice for your specific situation. The free AI visibility scan gives an indicative result, not an audit.
Section 03
Our services
We deliver the work in your agreed scope, in two-week sprints, with our strategist.
Each engagement starts with a written scope naming the outcome, the work, the owner and the reporting cadence. Nothing starts until you've approved it. Changes to scope are agreed in writing.
Section 04
Fees & payment
Our fees are the published plan prices. Ad budgets and third-party tools are paid by you, directly.
Plans are priced in USD, excluding local taxes, and billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 7 days. Media spend is paid straight to the ad platforms and is never part of our fee — and our fee is never a percentage of your spend.

Term & cancellation
Month to month. Give 30 days' notice and we hand everything back.
We can also end an engagement with 30 days' notice. Either side can end it immediately for a serious breach that isn't fixed within 14 days of written notice.
Section 06
Who owns what
Your accounts, domains, content and data are yours from day one. Our methods and tools stay ours.
On full payment, deliverables created for you — pages, copy, creative, reports — belong to you. We keep the right to reuse general know-how, templates and internal tools, and to describe the engagement anonymously unless you ask us not to.

Results we can't promise
Nobody controls a search engine or an AI model, so we don't guarantee rankings, citations or revenue.
We commit to a measured baseline, an agreed query set, work shipped on a stated timeline, and honest reporting — including where nothing moved.

Who does what
Good results need both sides. Here's the split.

- Make sure your content and claims are lawful
Section 09
Confidentiality
What you share with us stays with us — during the engagement and after it.
We keep your business information confidential and only share it with people who need it to do the work, under the same obligation.
Section 10
Liability
Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Section 11
Free website offer
Any SEO plan includes a 5-page website, built to be AI-readable and yours to keep.
Domain, hosting and paid third-party tools sit outside the offer and stay in your name. If you leave within the first month, that month’s plan fee is still payable and nothing further is owed for the website build.
Section 12
Law & disputes
Indian law applies. We'd always rather fix things on a call first.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go first to a good-faith conversation, then to the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Free with any monthly plan from $499. Domain, hosting and paid tools are bought by you and stay in your name; shops and booking systems are quoted separately. The 48-hour clock starts once your plan is active and the launch checklist is done.

No. Every plan is month to month with 30 days' notice.
