The RFP wanted your data policy. It took eight days to send.
Your facilitators are excellent and the programmes you run get re-booked. But HR and L&D teams now ask an assistant for a shortlist, and procurement screens on capability, delivery formats and compliance documents before anyone speaks to you. This playbook shows where providers drop out — and what to publish first.
The short versionMost corporate training providers lose contracts because buyers and assistants can't find clear capability pages by topic and format, pricing models and compliance documents are only available on request, and brief or RFP questions wait days for an answer. Programme pages, a trust centre and a fast response process fix this.

Why a good provider still loses the contract
Buyers don't start with facilitators. They screen documents first.
Corporate training is bought by committee. An L&D lead asks an assistant or a peer for providers that cover a topic, format and audience, then procurement screens the shortlist: capability, delivery in the right countries and languages, data protection, insurance, accessibility and pricing model. Only then does anyone meet your facilitators. A provider with a generic solutions page and documents on request is screened out before the conversation it would have won.

Why don't AI assistants shortlist our corporate training company?
L&D teams ask assistants for providers by topic, audience and format — “hybrid leadership programme for first-time managers across three countries”. Assistants answer from programme pages that state audience, formats, duration and how impact is measured. A single solutions page and a brochure download give them nothing to cite.

Should a corporate training provider publish its pricing model?
Buyers need a budget line and a compliance check before they invite you. Your pricing model — per day, learner, cohort or licence — what drives it, and a trust centre answering data protection, security, insurance and accessibility let them shortlist you without a call. It's also what assistants quote.

Why do we lose corporate training RFPs we should win?
Tenders and briefs come with tight clarification windows, and questions often arrive late in the day from a buyer in another time zone. When they wait for the one person who knows the answer, the window closes. A tender inbox, an owner per opportunity and a library of approved answers keep you in.

Five moves, in the order that pays.
Fix the leaks first, then grow. Scaling a funnel that loses enquiries just spends more to lose more.

Questions L&D providers ask
Straight answers, no sales script.
Straight answers. If yours isn't here, a 30-minute call is the fastest route — no pitch, no deck.
Should a corporate training provider publish prices?
Publish the pricing model and what drives it — per day, per learner, per cohort or licence, plus customisation and travel. A typical range helps buyers get budget approved. Exact quotes still follow a brief.
What should a trust centre include?
What procurement asks for most: data protection and processing terms, information security, insurance, accessibility, accreditations, facilitator vetting and delivery locations. Publish summaries openly and share documents through a simple request form.
Can we publish impact results from client programmes?
Yes, if you can state how they were measured and the client agrees. Name clients only with permission. We don't write return-on-investment or performance claims you can't support with a method and a source.
Our work is all referrals. Why would search or AI matter?
Referred buyers still check your site and ask an assistant before inviting you to pitch. New buyers outside your network now build shortlists that way first. Being absent costs you invitations you never hear about.
How long before a training provider notices a difference?
Trust-centre and response-process fixes help in the next tender you answer. Programme pages and assistant visibility usually take a few months, and corporate buying cycles are long. We don't guarantee mentions or contracts.
We deliver in several countries. Does that change anything?
Yes. Pages should state where and in which languages you deliver, how you handle data across borders and any local accreditation. Buyers screen on these early.
Does LinkedIn matter for a corporate training provider?
It's the main one. HR and L&D teams check facilitators and the firm's thinking on LinkedIn before shortlisting, and share posts internally. Short session clips on YouTube let them judge delivery. Only publish client names and outcomes your clients have agreed to, and keep your policies easy to find.
Do we get a free website for our firm?
Yes. Every monthly plan includes a free 5-page website for your firm — fast, AI-readable and yours to keep. It goes live within 48 hours once your plan is active and the launch checklist is done. Your domain, hosting and any paid tools sit outside the offer and stay in your name; online shops and booking systems are quoted separately. What's included
